Employer sponsored visas
Employer sponsorship has three parts: the business, the position and the worker. Each has its own requirements, and a weakness in one can sink the others. Norman works with both employers and workers to get all three right, and to explain the sponsor’s ongoing obligations in plain terms.
What to have ready for a consultation
- For employers: ABN, business details and the role you want to fill
- For workers: passport, CV, qualifications and employment references
- Any current visa, sponsorship or nomination details
- Any Department letters or deadlines
