Last updated: 29 September 2026
Golden Pin Investment Pty Ltd (ABN 43 689 134 227), trading as Right Path Migration (“we”, “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information. As a Registered Migration Agent, Norman must also keep client information confidential under the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.
What we collect
When you contact us or request a consultation, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, email address, phone number, where you are, your preferred language and consultation format, your preferred times, and a short description of your matter. If you become a client, we collect the further information and documents needed for your matter, which may include sensitive information such as health, family or character details.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, arrange and conduct consultations, provide immigration assistance you engage us for, prepare and lodge applications with your approval, issue invoices, and meet our legal and professional obligations.
Who we disclose it to
We disclose information only as needed for your matter or as required by law. This may include the Department of Home Affairs, the Administrative Review Tribunal, skills assessing authorities, state and territory nominating bodies, sponsors or employers involved in your matter, and translators or other professionals you agree to. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
The website and the booking form
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you send the booking form, your request is emailed to Norman and a copy is emailed to you. The website does not keep a database of requests. To limit misuse, the form keeps a temporary, anonymised record of how often it is used from each connection, which is deleted automatically within a day. Please do not send passport numbers or documents through the form.
Storage and security
We store information electronically with reputable providers, including our email and website host (IONOS) and our cloud document storage. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep client records for the period required by the Code of Conduct.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
